High Speed Measurer - HSM

Reelpower WC has designed a measurer that works well in both manufacturing and distribution environments where high speed is a requirement. This measurer can handle line speeds up to and exceeding 1,500 FPM, and custom versions may go higher. The standard machine handles wire diameters of 1/64" to 3/8" capacity, whereas custom versions will handle larger wire/cable diameter sizes. This measurer may be paired with the following options; Telescopic Meter Stand, Metric Measurer, Electric PLC Counter and HMI Control with Programmable Stop Presets and Built-in Pre-Scale.Some of the standard features of the measurer include but are not limited to our side loading feature, and heavy duty capability, entry and exit guide rollers, upper adjustable locking guides, analog meter and urethane measuring wheel.
