ILFMT4 Stationary Shaftless Take-up

Stationary Shaftless Take-up Machine with external torque control to automatically synchronize speed of take-up with speed of extrusion line, 0-20 FPM for reels or coils 62” to 64” diameter x 36” to 108”, (112” opening) wide x 4,000 lbs. load capacity.

• Dual 3 HP Drives, one on each arm, 0 to approx 15 RPM AC Vector drive with precision torque and speed control drive system. Provides 15,000 in/lb. torque.
• Capable of maintaining 45 FPM at a 12” ID core. Tension control regulator, includes: Ultrasonic non-contact sensor. Tapered Automatic rewind tension control. Adjustable taper tension applies more tension as the coil builds for winding optimum rolls.
• 480 VAC, 3 Phase with 24 VDC control voltage UL508A electrical
• Forklift base in main frame for repositioning. the unit to other extrusion lines.
• Hydraulic system for pintle arm positioning and raising and lowering the reel. Joystick controls are mounted on left and right pendant stations, including E-stops.
• 2” diameter stub shafts with cone bushings for up to 4” arbor holes.
• Drive arm with three adjustable drive pins, 3/4”, 1” and 1 1/2” diameter
• 1 - Rear additional E-Stop.
• Designed for a 50” line height for material 1mm to 6mm thick.
