NCT Series Cooling Tanks

NCT Series Tanks are designed to focus on the cooling of any extrusion process.

Features:

• 11 Ga. 304 S/S Tank
• Single cooling chamber
• 2” air wipe section.
• Tank is flood cooling only
• Quick change Tool/Seal interface: (see chart)
• 304 S/S Integral Water Sump and Tray provide functional capacity (no makeup water required at startup)
• 1/4” Thick 3.38” x 7.75” Polycarb Sight Glass (one per tank and sump tank).
• Fixed end trays with integral water strainer
• Rotary water level control
• Tool free access to vacuum sump and float valves
• 1” check valve overflow to customer drain.
• 304 S/S water supply manifold with 1/2” supply valves
• Black Painted Steel frame with 4x vee casters and 2x locking feet.
• Low backlash +/-6” Joyce/Dayton actuator with manual 6” handwheel for axial positioning
• +/-2” transverse positioning integrated on horizontal rollers with manual 5” handwheel
• 42+/-2” height adjustment with 13” handwheel via rocker arm mechanism.
• ½” diameter S/S thumbscrew positioned roller supports (9 included)
